Hi, I’m Luca Aguilar, a passionate woodworker based in Atlanta, and the creative force behind L. Aguila. Whether I’m crafting custom furniture, designing jewelry, or building intricate film set props, I dedicate my life to finding art in every project. I love working with my hands and bringing my clients’ unique visions to life through my woodworking skills, blending traditional craftsmanship with modern techniques—sometimes even with the help of my trusty 3D printer.

 When I’m not in the studio, you’ll find me teaching. As a board member and instructor at Mass Collective, a community makerspace in Atlanta, I lead group and private classes in everything from woodworking basics and cutting boards to blacksmithing and ring casting.

At home, I share a space with my amazing partner and our zoo: Cats Cheese, Sushi, and Cookie Cat, our puppy Mango, Juju the king snake, 27 fish, and 118 shrimp. It’s never boring around here! I’m almost always listening to an audiobook, and enjoy playing video games when I’m relaxing at home. Traveling, playing various instruments, fishing, and tinkering with new projects are just a few of my other hobbies!
